Cantonal championship in club competition 2019
The Oberdorf gymnastics club together with its partner clubs VVOL and SV Waldenburg are looking forward to the visit of the Basel gymnasts
Around 1,100 gymnasts will compete in 160 teams/groups at the 40th Cantonal Club Gymnastics Championship next May 26, 2019. The organizing committee is looking forward to it and is motivated to plan.
As the last test phase before the Federal Gymnastics Festival in Aarau, many clubs and teams are taking the opportunity to put the finishing touches again in Oberdorf at the KMVW. Whether in shot put, school uneven bars or rocking rings, whether in team aerobics, gymnastics or in the shuttle relay, in all registered disciplines we expect strong, but as befits gymnasts, above all, fair competitions in a family atmosphere. We take care of the latter and do our best to ensure that you feel comfortable with us and can perform at your best.
By the way: For all public transport drivers who rarely come to Waldenburgertal, this is one of the last chances to experience a ride on the narrowest narrow-gauge railway in Switzerland before the major renovation begins.
Oberdorf is the ultimate sports mecca this weekend, with the Grümpeli and the field shooting taking place at the same time. However, by far the most important sport is carried out on the sports facilities of the Waldenburgertal secondary school and the Oberdorf primary school. Together with you participating gymnasts and all the visitors you will bring to support you, let us show the public that gymnastics is alive.
